That's great news! We got excited for you on the weekend as we thought it had already started, but it is your next door neighbour.
Interesting to see who they are building with, as I have noticed two other PD houses going up in our stage now.

If it is Lot 482 that has started then I am pretty sure they are building with PD also......
Our supervisor 'David" contacted us this afternoon, apparently they have the slab booked in to be doen on the 14th July !!!

Back again! Yep it was lot 482, they are going to have to rename the street to Porter Davis Parade!LOL!
Good thing is, the design rules ensure that all the houses look different. Lot 470 is the same house as ours but they had to choose a different facade as we beat them to it.
Most of the packing is done, and the auction is on Saturday - very nervous.
I will send you a PM at the forum as I wanted to pass on some tips but didn't think this was the best place for them.

It is all very exciting but also nerveracking as I am panicking about all our choices.....But hey, that's just me being a stress pot, lol !
