Hi, get some good gumboots if you don't already have some! We just did, Rays Outdoors have them on special at the moment.
It is amazing how the kids become mud magnets! You think their feet are clean, they get in the car and yep mud everywhere. This has happened to us on so many visits. It is the type of mud that makes you look like you are walking around with moon boots - about 2 inches stuck to your shoes each time.
I just discovered that are many more blocks sold in our street than the website says.
Bye for now
Tony

Hi Tony,

The boys have got gummies, looks like I will have to get myself some !

The website is really out of date. I don't think it gets much attention, which is a shame. I read in our local paper that stage 18 has been released and the blocks that front the wetlands are for sale.....Bit strange as they haven't even started the road there yet or got the blocks pegged out......

Only problem with 'wellies' (as the poms call them) is that most of the time you seem to step out of your boot and it's left behind! You will learn to love the mud :-)))

I'll be trying to ward of the rain clouds from your area until the roof is up!!

Well done on getting a start ... you'll see the makings of a house before you know it.

I know I've seen them in a few shops - but I can't think which ones - but I'm positive you would have seen them too!

Hi Rel and Jase
I was down there tonight checking on ours as the painting is still not finished. Looks like your slab will be going down very soon.

When we bought our block there were no roads or pegs either, we just purchased off a drawing. We did go and try an look, but was a construction zone at that time. We actually got PD to change blocks for us (I wanted bigger!)

See you both soon, Tony
