PCI is booked in for 24th October. All things going to plan settlement is booked in for 31/10.
Downlights, alfresco fan, outside lights, switches etc....have all been installed. Shower screens, mirrors, toilets and taps are in.
The temp fencing is gone and the site is clean.
Only problem that is onw evident is that we have lost our boundary pegs.....That should make putting the fences up interesting.......

no biggie on losing the boundary pegs. the fencing guys will find the proper boundary things that are buried deep into the ground (not sure what they are called). We gave the fencing guys our plans just so they had a clearer idea where to look.

Looking good! Nothing to worry about with the pegs as A said. They will be buried in the ground, I went and found ours recently as we are only just now getting the fencing done.
Looks like your neighbours are at about the same stage also.
The lot next to us will start soon, another PD! :)

Tony, noticed your have fences on a couple of sides now, doesn't it make a difference. We breathed a sigh of relief when we saw that the house being built next door is a single story.
