Here's a little tip, If you ever consider obtaining finance with R***S, then don't ! They have only had 45 days to get our documents organised for the sale of our house which was supposed to settle on Thursday, but guess what ? We find out today that they haven't done anything yet. Despite repeated contact from our Mortgage broker !!! Our MB is just about to lose the plot with them and can't believe their lack of service and incompetence. The rsult of this is that the new owners of the house are doing their nana, we have to wait longer for payment and we have to delay our land settlement again !!!!!
ARRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As soon as our house is built we are changing lenders.

Yeah, banks but this one is an alternative! You could look at the ANZ, they were good to us.

R*ms as a lender suck! We just left a mortgage behind and paid $6250 early exit fees just to get away from them!

I was just reading your old blog about your Finance company, and I noted you said R_ms? The reason why I'm asking is because we're about to sign up with them (r*ms) per recommendation of our mortgage broker. Do you think it is ok sign up with them?
